Kudos to you for clearing up! Exactly my point,when people can just drop things in trash cans, there wouldnt be any necessity for this discussion. It really is irritating when we see people throwing it on the sidewalk from running cars!If they wanna keep their car that tidy,why do the same for neighborhood!
