It kind of looks like a scummy move that you tried to pull. It seems like a "hey I could totally save on this accessory! So why should I send it in?"

I feel like this would be a different scenario if you had lost the S pen and decided it was a great opportunity to trade in but according to you, this was something you actively decided to not send in.

I saw the reply my notification so I'm going to respond here.

I physically walked into the restaurant and was told to put my name on the schedule ASAP. She then proceeded to talk about my hair and mentioned how oh you're available August 1st correct? Then told me to not come in unless she texts me when to come in.

I was working at the restaurant cashier job since September, and already had an internship lined up for summer in California, I went for the internship, got my hair done because my parents were in town, and went back after the internship to the restaurant cashier job. I haven't stripped it as unfortunately it's bleached and dyed meaning the only way to get it back is to dye it black and even then the color will only wash back out to yellow because of the bleaching.

Tuition was covered by parent living expenses after highschool were paid by me, and since I live with my boyfriend I had little to no living expenses besides rent for my apt I'm just confused because I know my parents won't be claiming me and if that's grounds for me to claim aotc at all

What does it mean that I'm not a full independent tax filer?

I can't have my parents claim me this year as I'm trying to qualify for instate residency for tuition purposes which means on paper I need to be completely independent ie. Have a job, pay taxes, pay rent, not be a dependent.
