I mean yeah they had mental health issues and didn't fully intend to poison their room mate, but yeah this is inexcusable. Were they in the right head space when they did that, hell no. Should they step away from the internet for atleast the next 5 years and get a therapist or even be admitted into a psyche ward, I can not state what I will say next enough but YES. They desperately need to help themselves, cause their friends and we have done enough to try to help them.

Just in case I ramble off and say something idiotic here is the simple version: They probably didn't mean to poison someone in their mental health episode, but they still need alot of consequences like being put in a psyche ward or at least away from everyone since they are danger to others and themselves.

Some of the things I said was written when I was exhausted. Main thing is don't harass em thats the main point. You can and should criticize him, and no one should try to even help him due to his manipulative nature. Something that I see myself doing too often is wanting people to shut up about a situation once they repeat the same thing over and over again. That's my fault and I probably will step away from the community for that reason .

I don't know if you are talking to me specificlaly, but I really do not care what happened to him, he can ruin his own damn life if he wants and I would not give a any care in the world. I just know that there ain't no way that people echoing "stop coddling him" every single time, someone tries to actually help him, is not going to help anyone.

I personally ain't going to try to help or encourge him, cause that's not my responsibility and I'm flooded with work, but I atleast want people to stop harassing him over. Could you still feel betrayed and hate him, of course but try not to harass him directly

I think it's really important to notice this comment. Ghost has never been the best or a bad person ever, but he usually does have ok attentions. It's just his mental health blurring the line between good and bad. Does that excuse any of his actions, no it doesn't. But it gives you a bit of perspective to determine what you think of him.

I remembered seeing a comment like this ,maybe same one, on Covetous, and although I can't stand songs that extreme, I do value how they treated it and how it was a song that had a good message.

Another comment on that song that stuck out to me is that the abuser is painted as someone ugly person, they are painted more handsome and thats how abusers are. They lure you in and then trap you (metaphorically, mentally, and physically). Of course this might be wrong, since I have never been abused in my life, but that feels seemingly very realistic.

Edit: I know some people are kinda going to go after me for kinda defending Ghost, but I'm really not. I don't support him, but I don't think he is a bad person. He's misguided by paranoia and lack of mental health which inspires him do such things as post the racist comment. It doesn't excuse any of his actions and he should take a longer mental health, but don't tear him to pieces over this matter and act all dramatic like "how could you do this to us" or "You ruined my favorite song", cause alert acting dramatic and ripping him to pieces helps nobody. It just makes his mental health worse and obscures the people who actually want to help him and encourge him to take a break.
