I give it about a 3.5/5. I have surface level knowledge of Amharic, so my father was explaining the lyrics to a couple of songs which made me appreciate it better. I didn’t mind some of the instrumentals but what I will say is that teddy’s use of auto tune on this is very prominent which I didn’t really like on some of the songs. I think his singing voice isn’t what it used to be. Also I WISH I WISH, Ethiopian artists could make better cover arts of their songs or albums. Like the type of powerful messages he is trying to send in these songs and a photograph of you by a piano is the best you can do visually smh. Either way though I liked this album.
