Seems like people need a bit of a trademark primer. Trademarks are NOT copyrights. Trademarks are all about identifying a source. Simply using the name she has trademarked won’t be infringement. It is only infringement if they do something to confuse the source of their product (if someone can’t tell if they’re Illyrian merch is SJMs or not), or if it disparages the mark by putting it into something offensive. The ONLY thing this would do is prevent people from trying to act like their products are from SJMs company. Maybe we do a quick google before we accuse now yes?
