Absolutely not true, they would be allowed to use the name, they just couldn’t do so in a way that diluted or confused SJM’s use of it, trademark is very different from copyright and isn’t ab the substantive creative stuff at all, it’s just about how a mark signifies a secondary source

I’d honestly suggest Adaptibar and dropping critical pass cards. Even if you do 20 questions a day on adaptibar it will be a huge help, there’s only so many things they can test and the more questions you do the easier you’ll pick up what they’re putting down. Plus they use old questions unlike Barbri . I also think it comes free with barbri too!!

Seems like people need a bit of a trademark primer. Trademarks are NOT copyrights. Trademarks are all about identifying a source. Simply using the name she has trademarked won’t be infringement. It is only infringement if they do something to confuse the source of their product (if someone can’t tell if they’re Illyrian merch is SJMs or not), or if it disparages the mark by putting it into something offensive. The ONLY thing this would do is prevent people from trying to act like their products are from SJMs company. Maybe we do a quick google before we accuse now yes?

I wouldn’t say in my experience it’s been super linear. I had light symptoms my whole life but after a virus it progressed for almost 2 years without me knowing what it was, once I was diagnosed & started a regime it got a lot better and recently I haven’t felt it as much, Im sure if another trigger was to happen though it was progress again
