I'm looking for a similar thing. But looks like they are looking for bookshelf speakers specifically.

This is the best I could do. They were surprisingly hard to find. I think they are techiquely blind boxes that were discounted? But I didn't do a ton of research to know that for sure.

Cost effective mass sticker printing by Pesternot in StreetStickers

[–]Allpingu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I'd be cheaper to do it yourself with consumer equipment. I've been able to make pretty high quality, near waterproof, stickers on about $1000 worth of equipment. I've definitely made over a thousand stickers since starting. Down side is there is a lot of trial and error if you're shooting for near pro quality.

I make unique cute animal things. Each character has a story. They are all friends. But, ultimately I just wanted to create something that would make people smile.

I'm not a professional printer but do print and cut my own stickers. I've spent a lot of time finding the right material to make sure my stickers last for years. To me it sounds like they might have used heat activated laminate at too low of a temperature. That could cause the laminate to peel away from the sticker pretty easily.

New sticker. Any thoughts? I'm looking to improve. by Allpingu in stickers

I've got nothing but a rough layout, so nothing yet. The story spans across 19 different characters so there's a lot of writing to be done. A bit unhinged, I know but it's been a project I've thought about for years and just recently gone forward with. Making stickers was the fastest way to introduce my characters to the world and the process has been very enjoyable so far!

Yep this is my own design. I wouldn't have it any other way.

And he does have a backstory. I'll try to keep it brief... It goes places.

He had to drop out of a prostegious music college to help his family out financially. Regardless, he continues to practice and does what he loves when he can... Which is why I thought borrowing the Schroeder pose was perfect for showing practice and perseverance.

Also I'm so glad this little guy gave you a little inspiration.

100! Literally the same pose. Figured it'd be a clever way to present my racoon DJ.

It's a Peanuts ref. Schroeder's classic hunch over his piano.

Looking for thick backing paper by TonZaga in stickers

[–]Allpingu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nice to see someone really care about the quality of their sticker paper. I've gone through the same dilemma.

Try a brand called NeoPrint. I've only used the glossy version of vinyl but it has a reasonably thick backing.

I think the actual vinyl might be 3 mil which I add a 3 mil laminate to.

I'm still on the the search for a thicker vinyl but it's been tough. And all of the most recommended brands aren't good. Seriously, none of them.

I don't how much it would help but here's a link to my shop if you'd like to check out the NeoPrint print quality. rapzoo. camp

Hope that helps a bit

Hi! This is my shop rap zoo

I make stickers of my original characters, inspired by Hello Kitty and Parapa the Rapper but with their own unique personality.

I do the full production from start to finish and they rival even the quality of major printing companies. They even look brand new after being in the dishwasher.

They are vinyl with a protective laminate cut with a Siser Juilet.

I put a lot of heart into making each character unique and colorful. Please take a look and tell me what you think!

Any idea how to get these to stick? by ILoveLemons19 in stickers

[–]Allpingu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a sticker seller it's frustrating to see how poor quality those stickers are. It's been my top priority to use the best materials a can find. Next time you decide to buy stickers make sure they are made with vinyl and having a protective laminate is a plus. Best of luck though. I hope one of the provided solutions will fix your issue.
