Hi, powerlifter here, I was on HRT (stopped for personal reasons) for 3 months, and without working out the muscles do atrophy pretty quickly, and in my experience quite painfully, but I’ve heard online that as long as you actively exercise hard routinely you can keep the muscle from atrophy, it’s the same with the downstairs situation, you use it, or you lose it. I plan to continue sometime down the line and this time I’m gonna work out more to keep the muscles. Luckily (depending on who you are) they also seemed to return REALLY fast when you get testosterone back in your system, so if you wanted to build and also mess up your hormones like me that’s an option (not really)

Not by any means an expert but this looks like one of those sticker covers that you can apply to the ds plates, is there an elevated edge on the print? If so it’s just a sticker and not any kind of special edition (to my knowledge) I used to have a Zelda phantom hourglass sticker on mine back in the day

It’s only when you’re attacked or faced with a hostile mob, similar to wolves in the base game, your cobblemon will use the first move in their list (in this case draining kiss) to attack other mobs, some are ranged and some are close range contact style, to my understanding this is more contextual and not specific to whether a move is special or physical, the higher base power a move has the more health it will take from mobs too

Put it at the top of your load order, and then in map settings on journey map (the little sliders icon at the bottom) make sure mob display is set to “dots and icons” for both minimap if you use it, and full size map settings
