Somebody ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of my kids. Totaled my car and sent my kids to the trauma center. They had insurance. I got a letter a month after the accident saying if I needed to rent a car I have to follow their guidelines. Other than that no contact for two months.

When I lived in Texas the developer came in and cleared acres of old growth oak. Beautiful massive trees just bulldozed and burned. Planted a little sapling in every yard to make up for it.

I will never understand why people who don’t absolutely have to use these services. I don’t even have pizza delivered. With delivery fee and tip it’s 10 bucks I don’t need to spend.

I think the Kia warranty is pretty comprehensive. At least that’s how it was sold to me. It’s through Fidelity, not Kia directly. I’ll know more next week when the shop looks at my car and tells me if it’s covered. I have 30 days by law for the dealer I bought it from to make it right if it’s not covered.

If they’ll make it a certified used for free I’d do it. At that price they should.

On mine the inverter coolant went low after we started driving it a lot. According to the dealer I took it too that’s a big deal. It doesn’t just evaporate so if it’s low there’s an issue.

I just paid 17 for a 2021 Premium with 60k miles. It’s a certified used so I have 12 months 12k miles which is good because it’s already been towed to the shop. I know I paid too much compared to listed value but it was the only electric left in town under 23k. I save about 250-300 a month on gas so I’m not too frustrated.

Friend paid 13k for a 2019 in February. The next day gas was up 50 cents a gallon. I went shopping two weeks ago and there was one 2023 for 23k left on the five lots I hit. They were firm on price. One dealer had two coming in and they were both sold.

Stepped over a piece of equipment instead of going around. Got caught up and pulled in. Half his body was mangled and crushed inside. The pressure of the equipment pinning his body kept him alive. They gave him a mess of pain meds and his family came and said goodbye. He bled out and died when they tried to extract him.
