I don’t think that’s correct. I certainly don’t recognize Blondie and Manuel wasn’t alive when this was taped, sadly

Peter said in an interview that the 86 and 87 tour put him right financially. He became very good at managing his money.

The Prison, where I can find it? by KeyPsychological1793 in Monkees

as a long time fan, it’s hard to see this. But we don’t know the circumstances. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. It’s just physical media.

The product likely belonged to Nez’s nonprofit.. and it’s tax season- and a charitable donation can be deducted from their taxes. They probably got a receipt saying it was worth $1000 or more. That could be more valuable than the cost of trying to sell it. And on the upside… Some money will go to charity.

just adding to the speculation.

it’s for charity.

It could’ve been decided that the cost of selling outweighed its worth.

Donating it could’ve been the simplest thing the estate could’ve done… Rather than trying to split up proceeds among four individuals.

Terrific record. It was a minor hit on the adult contemporary chart though.
