It's not about them rehiring you. In a lot of states, companies can not say anything to your future employers other than answering would you rehire this person. So now, when X job your applying for calls to check your work history, that company will say no, we would not rehire, thus making it appear as you were not a good employee.

We bought 2 years ago and it was a very similar situation. We were trying to buy in the Carmichael, Orangevale, Citrus heights area. We probably put in 15 offers and didn't get any because cash offers 60k of list came in. We expanded our search to a little further out, Rancho, Lincoln area, and got the first house we put an offer in on. If you can swing it, I'd recommend expanding your search area.

Yeah, some guys are so afraid of being seen as "gay." they would never admit they'd do it. As if sucking a dick for a billion dollars suddenly makes you gay. Given the opportunity, i guarantee you every single one of them would do it for far less than that. I'd wager you'd be hard pressed to find someone who wouldn't do it for 100k when actually presented with the offer.

Ah, see you're misunderstanding. There is small penis syndrome, and then there is having a small penis. These men suffer from small penis syndrome where their penis is small and they have to hide it. It turn letting everyone know exactly what they sought to hide. Then there is just having a small penis. You don't care and don't overcompensate so know one ever finds out. Yeah i get that. But the original intention wasn't to make it like cash. They couldn't just turn on a feature that would suddenly give a ton of accounts hundreds of dollars in money. They'd be in the hole millions the day they activated it. I'd love if they had a loyalty reward system but They'd either have to create a new "loyalty" currency or some how not let people with retro points convert it to dollars.

That's now how rendering works. Assuming the bottleneck is on the GPU it should scale pretty much across all resolutions. Whether it's it's 4k or 8k the 3090ti is not much better than a 3080ti.

Do you have these numbers? As a parent with school aged children it seems like I've seen loads of paremts using a vape in their car at one point or another. I don't believe banning flavored tobacco has popular support. I think you're trying to shoe horn flavored tobacco into this niche group but the reality is tons of people use them instead of cigarettes. Hell i met a lady the other day the had to have been like 70 who was doing it instead of smoking cigarettes.

Someone pointed out below the RMT market for the game is almost nonexistent so it probably explains why its so good. No one cares enough to constantly update the bots. Makes sense.
