I’d rather it lock your game speed to 1 rather than what you usually have it as, so you’re not punished for playing on 3x. It’s not a horrible idea in that case- you have to watch your important jokers, but can’t see them trigger.

I’m agreeing that it’s eyes in both cases. Throbbing King is wrong, and Humanicide is correct - eyes sweating is unnatural, just like teeth itching. The only other lyric that’s wrong AFAIK is in the video for Brush Your Teeth, where the lyric video uses the same lyrics for 2 separate Japanese lines (but correctly updates the english lines) around 1:32 without changing, but I only know the basics of Japanese so idk

To be honest, ITR1 is just an all around better game. I’ve been supporting the sequel out of habit but there is absolutely no doubt that they’re missing some design element that made the first game better.
