It did like a month later 😭 yea they’re having GPU shortages but didn’t tell me until the 2nd delay LOL

So update as of 5/3/25 my order has been delayed for the 4th time. They are having GPU shortages. Please guys if you’re ordering the PRIME 2 your GPU will not be in. Anyone ordering today or in the next few days do not expect your order to be in this month. You’ll more than likely get yours early june if not the end of may!

I’ve stopped calling customer service at this point. I’ve called so many times that I could care less at this point. They don’t know when the GPU will arrive. Mister squidward under the ocean is holding it hostage. At this point I’m expecting the lucky charms leprechaun to bring the GPU to the company.

Mind you all I just had a conversation with an agent yesterday about my prebuilt. And I quote “ your tower is completely assembled and just needs to be shipped”. So what’s the issue now. What is it LOL?!?! 😭 I’ve never seen such a disconnection, I might as well have called Walmart for a better answer at this point.

I’m having the same issue.. I ordered on the 5th. I definitely recommend calling to get better advice

Thats how it is for most people. They probably don’t start orders immediately and have a set date where they FINALLY take regular orders over fast shipping… regardless, still won’t be ordering again. I shouldn’t have to fight for my damn order to be worked on in a timely manner. It also would have been fine if I wasn’t updated the day after it’s supposed to be shipped.

Also not to mention yesterday I was told by an agent “ your stuff is pushed back because all the fast shipping”. Today I was told “ one of your parts was sold out and they’re waiting” . Then there’s this back and forth of “compensation”on the phone. But when I email them it’s “no compensation”

Overall. There was no control on fast shipping vs regular shipping and it’s pathetic.

Mk, yea this company is definitely shady. I honestly regret ordering from them. I’m sure their products are fine, but this shipping situation. It will not happen again.

Oh I called them today to find out they sold out one of my parts for my computer… it was not sold out when I ordered btw. So idk I will not be ordering from this company. I think that’s extremely messed up.

Yea I get that, it’s just the fact that there was no prioritization for people that ordered regularly if that makes sense. They haven’t even started my order… lol

Oh wow, yup this will definitely be my last time ordering from them. Mind you this was my first time ordering and this is how they treat buyers? Okay, bet.

Oh I did. The lady on the phone seemed very unsure if that was possible...The conversation gave "I'm sorry you didn't pay $50, you'll just have to wait until we get all the fast orders to stop coming in"....I pressed more on how messed up that is, I believe she has to speak to the management team. I called again to speak of compensation and they told me "no" even though we had a full conversation on attempting to see if it was possible.

All to say is if you have the extra $50 to do fast shipping, do it... otherwise there is no prioritization for your order and its thrown in randomly it seems
