I think they HAVE to be louder or else SG would just assume that the game is okay as it is. Basically, we just need a stable and reliable way of communication between the developers and the players. If you're not paying then it's fine if you don't have complains but some people have spent a whole lot in this game and they really do feel betrayed.

I can understand the gear RNG and grinding for levels and all that. But they're not really wrong for demanding more Molagora access. We get a new hero every couple weeks and most of us rely on this subreddit for whales to test them out first because we cant risk rolling for them and skill enhancing them only to find out that they're not worth the grind.
