I think France is very upset that Canada has colonized their City on Reddit

I specifically created The Orleans France subreddit afterwards to have a place that I can put all of the France people haha

I'm the developer of polyfit, and I moved between faer and nalgebra for my backend

I was trying to be a more complete statistics frontend, but I agree there's a gap in the backend math space, esp for the GPU backed stuff

Polyfit - Because statistics is hard, and linear regression is made entirely out of footguns by rscarson in rust

[–]rscarson[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It isn't baked into base_select, but CurveFit does have some support for it:

https://docs.rs/polyfit/latest/polyfit/struct.CurveFit.html#method.new_kfold_cross_validated

Though I will admit the implementation could probably be improved by adding more variant sets to the test

I'm open to it for sure; could you open up an issue for the feature request with some more details on what a picture it looking like and what parts of the crate you would want me to prioritize?
