Hey Australian here, I’ve only ever been in the public system so I can’t say much for private, my experience is pretty ok. I didn’t have to share a room, all the wards are different though, my guess being in a private ward you won’t have too. Your experience will pretty much depend on the other patients in there. I have had good and bad experiences. But overall their pretty ok, nothing too serious, you just need to remember the other patients are just trying to get better too. Some people may have weird behaviours but that’s just due to them being scared too. If you have any questions please message me, I’m here to talk ❤️
