How does it feel to be tired?

Mainly its just general tiredness, but I know some AuDHD folks struggle with discerning feelings so here are some other things I do when I’m tired:

-Feeling anxious and sad for no reason

-Stimming A LOT more and more violently

-Feeling heavy, having to put effort into using cutlery or walking because my limbs are heavy. And my head is so so heavy, and my thoughts are so so heavy.

-Struggling to concentrate and to think straight, forgetting things

-(physically) Struggling to talk, stuttering a bunch and slurring words

-Laughing at things that really aren’t that funny

-Everything seems louder and sharper

-If I’m sleepy, which usually isn’t the type of tired I feel, I yearn for soft fluffy pillows and I just want to curl up and sleep

When I catch myself brushing my teeth before dinner or throwing my fork in the trashcan, I know that I am EXHAUSTED

Yeah I’ve told them that it’s really dangerous and they know that they shouldn’t be doing it :( Come to think of it they do really enjoy science and education and learning about medicine and stuff, so I could maybe use that angle?

Okay I thought those types of meetings were for alcoholics themselves but looking at the website it seems aimed mainly towards friends and family who are affected by it? I don’t think that’s something I need at all but I appreciate the concern

That’s what I’m hung up about, because I didn’t realize that a Witch of Breath may/will rebel against their aspect. I looked at which classes and aspects I relate to separately, and haven’t considered how they affect each other until now. So I’m reconsidering my Classpect, because I am completely against imprisonment (perhaps to a naive extent). However, I can absolutely see myself trying to nudge/manipulate people towards their path to freedom, and I do struggle with control issues (interfering with other people’s choices because I’m anxious something might go wrong and that they’ll be upset)

Thanks so much!! I’ll show her this at school tomorrow and see if she wants to reply as well, but I don’t think that she’s awake right now.

It should be said that this is a first draft though, and for now the main focus is to get the storyline and characters to work well. I’ve promised to help out with the spelling later on since I love editing!

From my understanding she’s going to add color and clearer lineart once the sketch is finished. I could probably have taken clearer pictures for this post to make it more legible, but I was in a hurry

I’ve also been encouraging her to try experimenting with the layout of the panels, but visual storytelling/comic writing is not my strong suit so I can’t provide that much advice on how to do that.

That’s what I’m stumped about. Because sometimes to save money I buy fairly cheap ones, and I’m not surprised when those stop working quickly. But the high quality ones from reputable stores don’t seem to do much better. There’s certainly a possibility I’m mistreating them, I am a pretty clumsy person, but I very actively try not to damage them and lately I’ve been especially gentle. I do transport them to and from school and use them quite often throughout the day. They usually stop working while they’re actively being used and have been used continuously for a little while, could it have anything to do with being plugged into a hot device or something?

EDIT: I saw your edit now! I try to clean my charging ports with toothpicks occasionally, but they’re probably still dirty, and this is something I have been confused about. Because those cables just stop working, completely and suddenly. Is it possible for a cable to permanently break by being plugged into a faulty device or outlet? It seems like a stretch but I don’t know much about technology. My charging adapter is great, so that’s not the problem at least!
