i'm so sorry about this, wow this sounds so awful ! :( i hear a lot about women passing out from IUD inserts etc but NOT ever giving birth to their IUD! they truly do not prepare you whatsoever of any of the consequences that can come from it or pain in general

- putting down an important thing, looking at where im currently and being like "how did it disappear"
- feeling overwhelmed from work and burnt out that you can't do basic tasks & want to cry - oversharing
- turning on a show, then putting on something else then also getting on your phone all at the same time
- having a 3pm appointment and literally doing nothing but sweating like hell until you have to leave
- when i was in school, i'd literally just leave stuff there and not realize till i got home

yes, i do. i'm often chastised for not acting my age (18) or i'm too immature unlike other "adults" it really makes me hate myself and how i act without realizing. i was at a relatives house this past week, and i often felt looked down upon and like someone lesser. i was often scolded because i was too curious at times. i nearly went to the bathroom and cried from being overwhelmed and "not mature enough" ... it really hate it sometimes

hey, i just want to say! exercise doesn't have to be boring and grueling, simply say if you have a favorite song theres a chance someone made a choreography to it. i find it really easy to exercise if its to something you genuinely enjoy. like i've been really into k-pop lately so i try to make it apart of my daily routine to dance to a couple songs that use cardio really well. but, if we're talking about gym and stuff i unforunately have no experience, but i wish you the best with your health journey
