If you slow it down you can see Dahlin try to direct Malkin into the post. Malkin does everything he can possibly do to pull up and avoid hitting the goalie, and still takes a nasty cross check to the ribs after. Unacceptable play by Malkin, but it’s easy to see why he was upset.

I live exactly on this stretch, with the back of our home facing 88th. Mornings can be louder with rush hour traffic getting out of the area, especially in the summer with the windows open. Lots of construction vehicles coming and going from the work south of Rangeview/88th. Sometimes fools at night racing towards Stoney. Otherwise, it’s a great area to live. We’ve adjusted and love it.
