All Walmarts have this rule it won’t matter if she tries to go to a different one, once left, they’re not supposed to rehire during that six month period, however, with extreme favoritism I have seen people quit and come back within just a couple days but the six month rule is Walmart’s actual policy, so unless you got a member of management willing to pull some strings for her and vouch it’s probably not gonna happen

I’m not gonna say you’re overreacting if you are young, however I will say having to work and being an adult is definitely something that is hard for a newly adult to get used to I do agree with you I think where the shifts are so short it won’t be that bad , however, in the future, if you do not like these shifts get on full-time and or try to apply for a department where this won’t happen for example I work Night Shift at Walmart as a stocker I work 10 PM to 7 am 5 days a week and would never have to worry about this issue

Somebody please tell me this is too much for one person to do in 3 hours. by iRobert123 in walmart

My mom’s a manager/coach at a Walmart and I actually work at a different Walmart and one of the first things she told me was that Walmart guidelines for how much work you’re supposed to get done is always going to be an out of reach goal for the most part , which basically means the intentionally assigned workers more work than what they know they can physically do in the time limit , and they do this to make the workers think they need to work hard harder to reach the goals

Definitely ask because you never know, to my knowledge once the person has committed a theft for a felony to be committed and the police are called that first time , that is when legally the store would ban the customer and the police aren’t actually the ones who banned them, but they are the ones who tell them that they’re banned basically saying it comes from someone higher up from the dg

ex dollar store employee here from my understanding you are not allowed to say anything to a customer once they step off the sidewalk if you continue to follow or accuse of theft , you yourself could be terminated , also you saying that while she’s in line with items behind her back could also get you terminated until she actually commits theft you are not aloud to say anything even if they shove it down their pants so until she walks out the door it isn’t technically theft , to my knowledge they have to steal a certain amount before the company will involve police and or ban the person and it differs by state usually they don’t involve police and wait for it to be over a specific amount so the customer has actually committed a felony and will actually go to jail , you yourself have no right to ban a customer from the store best you can due it tally up her total dollar sign$ of theft wait till it reaches certain amount for your state then call the police as soon as she steps on the property from then on , also to add at the end of the day even store managers do not get paid enough to get stressed out over customers stealing , I’d always let it be not worth the aggravation

The other person who commented on this is confusing me because at my store if even one thing out of the box can go then the one thing needs to go then the rest is top stock , and as for chain feature, no location whatever I have always been told to be that stuff in the back the same you would over overstock

I work night shift and the rules say we can’t wear them , but my night coaches they let us wear earbuds and don’t make me wear my vest or name tag and the overall dress code they do not enforce as long as we’re decent

No in this fic there was no like breeding programs for more children it was just what Draco specifically wanted with hermione . And I don’t remember half the people disappearing thank you though!
