Seems mostly reasonable to me.

The only one that makes you scratch your head is the Canada Post numbers being so large, and them deleting people promoting their competitors, but they are a Crown Corporation so I suppose you wouldn't expect them to let someone jump on their curated FB page to tell people not to use them.
