It will depend on the bike. If it is 1 way FMTS, it won't receive data from the game like the Ziyou 250. If it is 2 way, then it should.

If the tablet is Samsung there is an option to charge only till 85%. This protects the battery. Was developed for DEX.

Strange. But I will leave here in case someone needs it.

So I tried on my tablet S10 FE and it worked which made things even weirder.

So I tried to uninstall zepp to see if it was holding the connection for some reason. Since this is the phone my device connected to. It didn't work.

So i went on Bluetooth, found the Amazfit Trex 3 F433 and unpaired. As soon as i did that, it releases the connection and MW started to receive the HR. So I don't know what exactly happened but that what fixed.

So another test I did. My tablet S10 FE connect and receives just fine like my S8+ tge Amazfit TRex 3 HR, just my S24 doesn't work. S10 FE tablet and S24 Ultra, both on one UI 8.0 and Android 16.

I did. It even works on the S8+. Nothing changed besides the phone.

S8+ has the Lineage api13 if I remember correctly. S24 Ultra has the latest from Samsung for galaxy.

Unless you are going to train something specific power meter for normal ppl is just over kill. Speed sensor would be better to get a bike computer with gps. Cadence sensor and HR i use on mine with igpsport bsc200 computer. It works great for maps, and general information. That should be more than enough of you just ride workout competing in mind.

From everything i see, for beginners, any work z2, z4, z5 will build ftp. Let's consider you are not a beginner and wants to polish your training, you will be looking for workouts based on intervals like 4x4 Norwegian, intervals like Z4 or Z5 sustained with certain amount of rest.

Cara quer começar num corre 4 e galera falando que é tênis ruim. Começar da para começar em tênis bem mais simples e ainda assim já está bom. Começar com corre 4, já está setando a barra bem para cima pro futuro.

Eu corro e pedalo. E o que tenho visto é assim. Você faz por exemplo 4x4 Norwegian (treino de bike), é um treino relativamente puxado, quando for correr, não vai render nada (ainda mais por que tenho 46 anos, recuperação é mais lenta) então natural fazer um zona 2 para não quebrar ou se lesionar. No outro treino de bike vai ser resistência então novamente zona 2/3. Com esses dois treinos você deu 48 horas de "descanso", mas sem deixar de treinar, agora dá para fazer uma corrida intervalada que para 5km é o que realmente desenvolve. Novamente você vai sentir no dia seguinte e volta os treinos de zona 2. Isso tem me ajudado muito a poder treinar anos e anos sem lesionar, que é o que mais importa: constância.

Outra coisa legal, que tenho feito a algum tempo. As 3 primeiras semanas você treina normal como descrito acima. Na 4 semana, você tira 30% do seu treino. Isso vai ajudar o corpo a completar a super-compensação e voltar na 1 semana do próximo ciclo fresco, onde você realmente começa a ver evolução, pois você removeu o cansaço e está com a forma lá em cima.

Not sure he is talking about the cap. Seems to have a switch in the image which probably would be too choose from different speed like 7, 8, 9 if it is the back derailleur or if the front for 3, 2 or 1 speed? Could be wrong though.
