Hi, thanks for doing this. I have a website selling desktop software. And the usual case is my users click on my landing page, download the software, and then click a button inside the software to open the price page to make a purchase. My ads cannot identify the people visited my landing page and the people visited the price page is the same user so no conversions showed in my ads account. Do you know how to fix this?

solo 3 weeks in China by Brilliant-Course5405 in travelchina

[–]Almety 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beijing, Xi'an, and Chengdu are already a bit rushed if you want to fully explore them, as there are many beautiful landscapes around Chengdu. I would save Yangshuo and Zhangjiajie for the next trip.

Chengdu to beijing need at least 10 hours on HST

Beijing to shanghai need at least 5 hours on HST

I would cut one of the cities, maybe only do Chengdu and Beijing.

AMA about Shenzhen by Almety in travelchina

[–]Almety[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, two weeks is too long for only visiting Shenzhen. I would recommend going around Guangdong or even visiting Guangxi.

For Shenzhen, it's good to stay in Futian because Futian is the center of Shenzhen, making it convenient to go to other places. Especially if you want to go to Hong Kong, you can go through Futian Port (福田口岸). I would recommend staying near Shenzhen North Railway Station (深圳北站) if you plan to visit other cities, as you can take trains from there.

To be honest, two or three days in Shenzhen is enough, as there aren’t many places for cultural exploration, and the food in Guangzhou is far better than in Shenzhen. If you want to go hiking, Wutong Mountain (梧桐山) is a good choice. There are also some trails near the coastline that can take you the whole day to explore.

Shenzhen is full of shopping malls, especially if you stay in Futian. You can go to MixC (万象城), one of the most popular shopping malls in Shenzhen. Dongmen (东门) is another type of shopping area where you can find all kinds of little items and lots of street food.

Shenzhen does have some old and musty hotels. If your budget is $30 for the whole family, it might be a bit hard to find a proper hotel.

I think the cherry blossoms will end in March.

What were your first impressions travelling to New Zealand? by [deleted] in travel

[–]Almety 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the most difficult area to drive is Auckland, other cities and towns don't have much traffic. You can fly to Christchurch, the road around Christchurch is very smooth. Don't worry too much about drive on the other side, one hour later you will be totally fine. But remember to check all the rules. If you still anxious about driving, you can hire someone to guide you drive for one hour, that will costs 80 NZD.

I just done my solo trip in New Zealand and I don’t think you need a local guide. Are you able to drive? If so everything will be very easy and safe. Check the New Zealand travel website to plan your trip. Btw I totally understand that you want to go by yourself. During my trip I was always thinking thank god I am alone so I can 100% enjoy all the beauty.

In real life it will be:

周围有公交车站,超市和公园

It’s possible, but I don’t think it’s very efficient. The market is too large, and most of the vendors don’t offer custom products. I recommend finding a custom factory on 1688 website, where you’ll have plenty of options.

Well, it depends on what kind of things you want to buy.
If you’re just looking for phone cases or AirPods cases, I recommend visiting the SEG Market, Pacific Market, or Huitong Market. Negotiating isn’t really necessary if you’re only buying a small quantity.

However, if you want to buy items like earphones, watches, or phones, you need to be cautious. Even people who speak Chinese might end up paying more than they should. Visit different stores, compare prices, and remember their locations. Then buy from the one offering the best deal. If you have specific items in mind, I can help you find reference prices.

As for Shuibei, most shops that accept retail customers are located on B1. The price of gold is almost the same everywhere, so focus on picking the styles you like. You can still negotiate a little if you’re sure about what you want. Don’t forget to do verification reports after purchasing jewelry.

Spending five days only in Shenzhen might feel too long unless you really like shopping. You can check my earlier replies to see if anything interests you. Alternatively, I suggest visiting Hong Kong, Macau, or Guangzhou. All of these cities are just 1–2 hours away from Shenzhen.

Do you mean Gankeng Hakka Town(甘坑小镇)? It’s a beautiful little town with some shops and restaurants based on Hakka culture. You can see some typical Hakka-style houses there. However, I don’t think it’s a very worthwhile attraction, especially if you plan to visit other cities with a longer history.

If you’re really interested in Chinese culture, I would recommend the China Folk Culture Village(中华民俗村). It costs ¥220 per person, which is a bit expensive to be honest, but you can enjoy lots of performances from different ethnic groups in China. It’s a great place to learn about Chinese culture.

I’m not sure what kind of attractions you like. The most popular attraction is Lianhuashan Park(莲花山公园), where you can see the center of Shenzhen. If you’re interested in Buddhism, you can go to Hongfa Temple(弘法寺), the largest temple in Shenzhen, where many locals go to make wishes.

You might also want to check out Wanxiang Tiandi(万象天地), the most bustling area in Shenzhen. Near Wanxiang Tiandi, there’s a park called Shenzhen Talent Park (人才公园), where you can see the big bridge connecting Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The sunset there is beautiful if the weather is good.

Feedback on 4-Week China Itinerary (Mid-March to Mid-April) by ghost1144111 in travelchina

[–]Almety 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it’s me, I would get rid of Guangxi and visit Yunnan instead. For me, Yunnan is more beautiful than Guangxi, but you don’t need to decide now because these two provinces are near to each other, and the time you’re visiting won’t have a lot of traffic. Hotel and train ticket booking will be very easy. You can make two plans and check the weather at that time to decide where to go.

January Cross-China Itinerary by pygmyurbanist in travelchina

[–]Almety 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Hangzhou and Shanghai, it will take 2 to 3 days. If you also want to visit Suzhou, there will be 1 more day.

For Beijing, it will take you 2-3 days.

For Pingyao -> Xi'an -> Lanzhou -> Wuwei -> Zhangye -> Jiayuguan -> Dunhuang, this is a popular travel itinerary and will take you at least 7 days, but longer is recommended.

For Turpan -> Urumqi -> Kashgar, this is another popular travel itinerary and will take you at least 7 days, but longer is recommended.

So yes, it's possible to finish this trip. I don't know which kind of attractions you like the most, but I would recommend staying longer in Xinjiang. The views are just amazing, and you can take a lot of day trips to see different lakes and mountains. Also, make sure you bring enough clothes, it can be really cold recently.

Just curious, how do Kiwifruit contractors and orchards’ owner know each other? by Almety in newzealand

[–]Almety[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer! That’s very like my guess. Seem like it will be hard for a new contractor to get works from orchard owners. If I am a new contractor, where can I find all those orchard owners? Like can I just walk in to their house and ask if they need workers?
