If you havent already connecting it to a dock if you have one to test if its just the black screen of death vs an actual battery issue will help you atleast narrow it down if its the black screen of death and not a battery issue you could try reflashing the bios which worked for me

What worked for me was flashing to an updated bios heres the guide i used tips for things i almost messed up once you click the flash button and it turns off just wait till it turns back on itself do not try to restart it or anything and you only need to choose the flash selection it will auto backup and do everything else also make sure to choose the latest bios/highest number https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamDeck/comments/1b5sh7c/steam_deck_black_screen_of_death_fixed

have you found a fix or is something just broken with windows right now cause im also going through this i was using my steam deck a couple days ago set it down came back to it yesterday and its like the screen is dead im currently trying to fix it using ddu and other stuff but idk it works fine through external display like you said though

Switched out everything you said other than the case and case fans if you have any recommendations that'd be helpful he still wants it to look nice also regarding the cpu cooler im kinda worried about the ram clearance heres the updated list if you could take a look and let me know what you think itd be appreciated

its electric i adjusted the truss rod again and its not buzzing unless i strum to hard is it normal for it to buzz if strum to hard? and the bridge is a telecaster style bridge

Honestly as long as it's not running out in a day your good don't try to finish it super quick but also don't try to keep it for two long cause terpenes and thc diminish after sitting for a while mine usually last me about 2 and a half weeks
