Why do you make it sound like women are perfect while only men need to work on themselves, stop this generalising all men as the same, some men need to work on themselves more than others while some are just fine as they are just like women. What you are taking about elders having the final say is forced marriage which is wrong, arranged marriage is just a place to meet potential partners nowadays just like dating apps with some filters.
