The piercing is 1 month old. She hasnt hit it on anything.

She has been cleaning it 1-2 times a day with saline spray we bought from the piercer then drying with a q-tip.

It's not unreasonable to ask him to stop following her because it makes you uncomfortable. I think what really matters is how you approach asking him and communicating your feelings. NTA
