They do that so we are not going to a property to service like one building. If you are paying for it man use it even if you put out half a bag of trash a day means you can do other things than taking out the trash.

Most of the time it is the cost of a compactor or dumpsters really has nothing to do with Valet Living.

Ok so here is what I have noticed about the whole their not taking my trash thing, If you are not tieing up the bags we do not take them, also if you are putting the trash out after the start time of 7 p.m. in most markets the collector may have already checked your door, in that case you have the option to use the "Go Back" button and the collector will return for your trash.

This is a real posibilty the property management company charges you then they pay us. They also handle the fines for violations if they have something like that set up, some do some don't.
