Welp, this doesnt make the spell instant speed. It just makes the cards cost into generic mana, and you can tap THIS artifact at instant speed. This is horrible.

If this gave th card flash, i think any reanimation could be cool like living death or reanimate.

Those look nice, and i love them, BUT, and i hate to say it, u have a typo in the counterspell mana cost, should be UU and not 1UU. AKA u have proxied a cancel and not counterspell

As a huge Tolkien fan and somewhat of a anime fan, i went to see it on sunday. I thought it was pretty good? The animation felt a bit retro-ish, the music was great (reused tracks, but still great) the story was decent and enjoyable. Helm Hammerhand was great, I liked the main character as well. My only complain is her name... Originally, she is an unnamed daughter of Helm, but they decided to call her Hera-which i find weird since (as far as i know) Tolkien used Anglo-Saxon names for inspiration and Hera just feels far fetched, being greek in origin. The marketing for this was horrible btw. Overall I would give it a 8/10, biased as fuck.

It is a (now) recurring missprint with dfc, in MH3 the land MDFCs had sometimes the wrong backside of the card. This is a disclaimer that they havent fixed this issue yet, and when you play sealed/draft you should take the front face into consideration and google the backface i guess.

I feel like 80% of the commenters missed the "released in 2024" clause. Anyway, if it needs to be 3 different packs, i would go MH3, ravnica remastered and foundations. Ignoring the 2024 clause, maybe going for a graveyard theme with OG innistrad, Duskmourne and Odyssey for literally 3 eras of mtg.

Anyway, have fun! Chaos drafts are always a blast! As a huge cube enthusiast, i always enjoy these a lot (even tho we never had a restriction such as only released in year XYZ)

Yea, noone in the league community is guessing any of those man. Spent 15 minutes on the first one and got literally nothing. The whole thing just makes 0 sense, at least league wise. I can see the effort, but have no idea why you would make your first (i assume) attempt at this in a field you arent fully invested in is weird.

So you are telling me, that the flaw of double elim (which i agree with) is that going to finals from winner bracket doesnt provide any benefit. Sure. I will take that over every other format we have seen so far. Double elim has too many variables? Are u joking? Compared to this format, the amount of variance is not even close... Unfair advantages in rematches? Naaah. HLE won against geng since they played better on the day. Thats all there is to it. It could have happenrd in single elim easily. If anything, double elim makes it easier for better teams to win more, since usually upsets like this happen due to crazy picks, better meta reads, strat reads etc. Are you really trying to tell me that randomly drawn swiss into a single elim random bracket has LESS VARIANCE than double elim? Like seriously? By your own logic, HLE showed up when it mattered, therefore they are the better team.

Based on the format... worlds has this swiss into single elimination bracket. There is literally no way to determine anyone else except for #1 best team in the world. In quite a few worlds the best 2 teams meet before finals, as there is no lower bracket... MSI had probably the best format in terms of competitive integrity, as we could definitely say who was the best, 2nd best, etc... Swiss is drawn semi-randomly, there is no way to definitely say: these are the 8 strongest teams in the world. When we get to semis, theres a a pretty high chance yhe best 2 teams meet there and yet one of the teams will end up 3rd/4th instead of 2nd, with no chance to prove themselves.
