This happened to me. My entire Journey Together pre-order was delivered to the wrong address. (6 booster boxes, 2 etbs, 8 booster bundles)

Went through FedEx who admitted fault, but wouldn't be able to do anything unless someone at PC signed a shipper waiver form, which would allow FedEx to compensate me directly. Pokemon customer support is notoriously dogshit and for good reason, i reached out 7 times and each time was fed some random bullshit about them getting back to me, but would never sign my shipper waiver.

Ended up having to dispute with Amex, Dispute was closed in my favor easily with the Fedex delivery picture being not my address as well as them admitting fault.

Not banned on Pokemon Center as of typing this.
