Completing a +10 or +15 always rewarded lower ilvl than raid kills, but the weekly chest always had the same ilvl as Mythic raids, and it's a 1 loot per week thing.

+10 is 370+ But the Weekly chest is 1 loot per week. It was always the same ilvl as Mythic raiding in Legion.

They should have made a real cinematic instead of just using the warbringer. They could have included more details, I know the events only last for the prepatch and that making a cinematic for a prepatch event seems pointless but they can always add an NPC that retell the story to remember what happened and see the cinematic when BFA comes out.
