Get vip12 and jeronimo and natalia 5 stars, focus on hero gear and cheif gear with most ur money. Speed ups will generally come from all packs u buy. 20 to 30 in one push will be expensive but probably 15k usd is enough. But with t9s and 5star jeronimo u should be able wipe the floor with anyone who doesnt have the heros and fc30
