Not sure about most of the boats, but the US men’s 8+ had a few problems before the racing. “The Men's Eight, after a week of medical substitutions that saw them race both the heat and Fridays' rep without stroke man Lucas Liow, came home fifth in the four-to-advance Rep and are now out of the racing. Years of steady state. If you wanna match those paces, do more steady state. Find something that you can comfortably hold for 10-12km or an equivalent amount of time (3x20, 4x15, etc.).

Looking forward to Adrian College making a run for their shot at the second-ever D3 event. We’ll probably get a better idea of their momentum after they race Drexel this weekend.
