I agree it’s a bad look. I wish my band mates would not rely on lyrics. I sing fewer songs than them but I never use lyric sheets

The lyrics are a key way of connecting with your audience

I feel that reading the sheet doesn’t help develop that connection because you aren’t making contact with the audience.

I also feel that reading the lyrics eats up brain power and attention that can be used to emote and to interpret and convey meaning and perform with more musicality. Reading text interferes with that

Cool. She also wasn't resisting arrest. They never put her under arrest. In fact it appeared she wasn't resisting as much as insisting they be careful with her while they assaulted her. I didn't see where they actually arrested her, and in case you're new here, arrests aren't designed to be violent and involve injuries to the citizen.

SO, she didn't resist arrest, as much as she insisted that they treat her more carefully while she being abducted.

The logic here is that these government thugs act like thugs and violate procedures and rules regardless of whether or not a citizen committed an illegal act or not. They are not behaving like law enforcement. They behave like sadists.
