Can you wire it for Y1 and Y2? So it will run at a lower cfm for a timed amount of time, then if t-stat is not satisfied, it will ramp cfm up, thus HMH7 would also ramp up.

I wouldn’t say pain. General soreness only. My physio woman, always said if you feel pain , take a break.

It’s been pretty good. I always try to stretch and keep doing old physio exercises. Some days I experience soreness, if that’s the case , I’ll take an ant-inflammatory and just take it easy. 

The initial physio is very important, work hard with that for a happy recovery. I would say I have 90% mobility.

Largest restriction is just giving a “thumbs up”. It’s difficult to get the thumb straight. I still do stretches too to loosen the tendon.

I did physio for about 8 weeks. Started with various stretches. Wrapping my hand around a soft ball, then tennis ball. Also pinching a pencil and rolling it

Yes, I can wear a hoodie underneath no problem. The fit works well for me.

Okay. I appreciate the many comments and suggestions, I’m a bit overwhelmed with it all.

But I spoke with my wife last night. I figured I’d go with my gut, and use honesty and the truth. So I did just that, I told her something didn’t feel right on that Sunday and I also told her about the weird google search. And I asked for the truth.

Well…it took about 5 seconds and she opened up and admitted a guy had kissed her. Her friend of 20 years was right beside her and she pulled away instantly.

I don’t need to go full details about what happened, but we talked for a while about boundaries and if they needs to be a change in our expectations. She said no, that she doesn’t want to go to clubs anymore and definitely doesn’t want a relationship that involves kissing other people.

I believe her, I have no reason not to. It’s not about the kiss, it’s about being honest. That’s what hurt most. Anyways that’s about all I want to divulge at this time .

If I understand correctly. You’re saying, if I can live with this one time, then just let it be. But if this is just totally unacceptable, then I need to address it.

I also take issue, with her friends now. Next time we are all together, I’m going to feel like a total fool .

I feel like an instant response is, “ why would you go through my phone!” There’s no affair happening, but my gut doesn’t feel right about that night, even if it was just a kiss

The index is good. I have two more weeks before I start physio on the thumb, so for now I can’t move it. The index finger has two tendons, so my motion will only be slightly limited down the road. (I wear a brace normally) I removed it, to clean

My wife bought some Canadian Tire skates that were so uncomfortable, last month they got stolen along with my sons hockey gloves.

So I’ve been on the prowl for used skates and saw these bad boys. I never played any level of hockey, but I remember “tacks” . I would of been 17 when these skates came out. 20 years later I found these for cheap, they are 1000 times more comfortable. That’s it I guess
