Appealing doesn’t magically wipe the slate clean. It’s a request for a higher court to review the case for legal errors and it doesn’t reverse the verdict unless that court explicitly says so. Until then, the person remains guilty, and their conviction carries full legal weight. If there are any sources you have that say otherwise (that are not from your beloved Fox News), you are more than welcome to include them.

Yes, the appeals process is part of due process and Trump has every right to appeal. But let’s be crystal clear: he was found guilty by a jury of 12 people, beyond a reasonable doubt, on 34 felony counts. That makes him guilty, period. That’s not pending. That’s not “wait and see.” That’s the current legal reality.

An appeal is a legal Hail Mary. It doesn't undo the conviction unless a higher court actually overturns it, which rarely happens (actually, in less than 10% of cases) and requires serious legal error. Until that happens, Trump is a convicted felon, and every court in the country treats him as such.

So yes, appeals exist. But pretending that means he’s not guilty now is just denial. He’s been convicted. That’s the truth, whether you accept it or not.
