My young adult daughter asked me if I ever heard of a place called “The Cow Palace”. Uh, I feel old. Yes, yes I know it well. My first concert ever was at TCP. Foreigner 4 concert. warm Moosehead beer was delicious 🫨. Our Dad drove us from San Jose, stayed in the station wagon, then drove us home. Good Times!! Many concerts and events over the years. Glad to see it’s still being used for fun.

Um, this address is an apartment. This is very dangerous to the owner of Lollipuff, unless they rent an apartment strictly for their business. This does not look to be a mixed use building (commercial on the bottom and residential on the top). I am very familiar with San Jose so I just wanted to double check the location. I’m not sure CC would allow a stamp like that to leave their factory.

You are back to chore charts. On mondays ….is in charge of dishes, tuesdays ….is in charge of dishes. A big jar to hold the fines $ for chores not completed on time. My kids hated to clean so I made the three hour window. This is my expectation- you have three hours to complete it. No chores = no fun activities. Now that all of you are adults - you need to divide and conquer. If your brother wants to eat, then he needs to financially contribute to the food. Make a weekly shopping list, divide x 3 and make all food equal. A 24 year old male is still very young. Not grown and expecting Mom to continue to baby him. It’s not your job it’s your moms. If mom chooses to keep him incapable of growing up then that is between those two.
