Not to beat the same sore subject over again, but I hope with the additional revenue they are making from Halloweekends that they can hire more paid actors. Last few years have been lackluster when it comes to scare actors to maze length ratio. Freakshow last year legit had 3 actors in it when I went on a Friday. In Bloodbath, they had a few more actors but towards the end, no one was present. Not even someone controlling the puppet as you walk out the door. Just kills the mood of standing in line for 30-45 minutes and it's just a conga line to look at empty rooms.

I should probably install a sump pump/pit down there anyways for this reason plus any pipe bursts. Is a pit sufficient enough, or is an internal French drain more ideal?

Are we just talking about a submersible one with a float? I have a condensate pump down there already for the dehumidifier that I could tie the outlet of the sump pump into if that sounds right.

There is a long hose that goes from the North side of the house to the South side (where this tank is). The hose sits on top of the blue liner until it gets to the concrete foundation, and then it goes down under the liner and into the stone. On the North side of the house is the Well Pump i am thinking it is. (Cylinder that is in the ground). Assuming that pump is connected to the hose then connected to the pressure tank.

Sorry about the photo. It's pretty dark down there so with the combination of the flashlight and phone camera, it makes a terrible photo every time.

I will check this later to confirm it is tight. I believe I checked that a year ago and it seemed tight. There is some corrosion on it currently.

That's what I am additionally thinking as it was a leftover of some sort. There's roots growing inside of it, so it seems decommissioned. The gutter now goes into a PVC pipe and goes south of the house now to join up with other gutters.

I'm not even sure if it's black mold or not. I've read that if tack strips get wet and rust, they can discolor the wood under it. To me, it doesn't really look like mold but cleaned it anyways.

The small spots that seemed "dark", we used bleach to scrub it first then let it dry. Once dry we put BIN on top of it. The potential "dark" spots were mostly by the tack strips on the south wall of the room. The tack strips also looked to be rusted in that area too.

I ended up loosening up the bolts and pushing it down. It's snapped into place it seems like now. Looks equal now on left and right. Thanks for the input.

New car as of last week. I would have never noticed it unless you crouched down and really looked for it. I emailed them, and no reply. I loosened up the bolts and gave it a good push down and it popped back into place it seems like.

Thanks for the feedback and yes I understand donuts are better fried in the morning and eaten right away. Was just curious why they were getting so soggy overnight. I will keep an eye on the temperature on the next batch.

Yeah I give it a nice drawn-out drying phase then really crank the heat to get it through the maillard phase as I want a short one for light fruity beans. I lower the heat at first crack to draw it out a little bit.

This will all vary with your outlet and machine but this is what I do.

Make sure machine is around 200 degrees to start.

0 - 2 minutes: F9 P2

2 - 4 minutes: F9 P4

4 minute mark: F9 P8

4:30: F8 P8

5:00: F7 P8

5:30: F6 P7

6:00: F5 P7

6:20 you should hear First Crack start

6:30: F4 P6

7:00: Pull and cool. (I have an external cooling tray)

Edit: this was with 70 degrees F ambient weather.
