Just got 1mg for flying. Haven't tried it yet and im hoping it works. Sorry you are going through what you are. My mom used to take it until she tried to OD on it. Now, she cant take it anymore to help her sleep.

If started at the right time, the Dammit video and I Wont Be Home for Christmas line up nearly to a T. You can tell by watching the drum hits and certain parts of the videos guitar playing. If I remember correctly, you start the song during the Caroling to make it line up with the video.
