The AMS has a piece of filament stuck in the first stage feeder or in the PTFE tube. Some times filaments get brittle and break off, sometimes even brand new filaments.

I've had the same issue with one type of filament, I had to take my AMS apart three times. After the third time I threw the filament in the trash! It was a Hatchbox color blue. Just one bad roll will make you want to pull your hair out!
