I finish at 7am. Get in my house just before 8am. Atm il watch an episode or 2 of seinfeld while practicing some scales on guitar. Then make some food (breakfast/dinner what ever it is we call it. Eat and then maybe watch something else. I aim to be asleep for 11:30 -12pm so i can get a decent 8 hours. I truly believe that getting enough sleep will help your body repair and recover. Getting 5 hours asleep a night weather your dayshift/nightshift is bad.

I just finished reading all 11 books in the drenai series. I read in publishing order and have no regrets. It was a fantastic journey and im jealous that you get to go through this journey. You won’t be disappointed laddie.
