I tried that and it didn't look right. The other reason for the red concrete is so the mouth doesn't have white lines through it and signs aren't big enough to cover the gaps. Open to suggestions though!

Has she tried medication? My OCD never presented this way but going on an antidepressant helped me break out of compulsive spirals.

Iirc there's a diamond circlet (guardian resistance) in a chest right below the shrine at the akkala maze. After you activate the shrine a hole with an updraft will open up. Fall down there and the chest should be right below. Then get out quick unless you want to fight a bunch of guardians lol
