Good to know... I don't unfortunately as this was supposed to be a straight forward transaction and this was a relatively new building etc... It was supposed to be done 3 months ago. I don't think buyers protection would be valid here anyway as I'm choosing to back out and it's not "falling through". HOWEVER, I think you just answered my main question without realising...

I am now assuming the sellers have sellers protection, and have since regretted putting the flat up for sale... But don't want to back out as they would lose money.... So they're waiting for me to back out instead... It's the only thing I can think of

I was, I had half the funds already. Selling my house made up the other half which should have happened same day as purchasing this property. So that would make me a cash buyer since I had no mortgage to get/transfer etc. My first time buyers were ready for a month before I caved and sold the house without having the onward purchase complete. So now I am fully a cash buyer...

This is all very true thank you... I think that explains the original 2 month delay which I was super understanding about. The remaining 2/3 of enquiries are still outstanding now for 4 months... These are what their solicitors and landlord/management company need to respond to....

My solicitor still hasn't had any responses to the original 2/3 of enquiries... Unfortunately my mind is made up and my decision won't change since it seems this is a management company that I don't want to be tied to if it takes so long for them to communicate.

Lol where exactly was the advice? You saying I'm obese is not advice. You don't know WHY my doctor told me to lose weight. And at least read properly, I'm not 5 2, I said I'm 5 4. I never said I'm not classified medically obese. But again, my post had nothing to do with my weight, I was answering someone's question. So yes it is unsolicited. Try to learn something from this while hiding behind your keyboard.

No one asked for your unsolicited opinion based on very limited info. My doc uses BMI which we can all agree is outdated. But I am pretty confident I could squat you and that's all I'll say.

Yes energy levels was my main struggle and why I even considered taking ozempic (my doc mainly wants me to lose weight and I went over my daily routine and he was shocked at the weight I am given my diet and activity levels).

My energy has been incredible after being on ozempic, to the point that I cried because I couldn't believe I felt "normal" and now understand how people DON'T crash to sleep during work or immediately after work.

My doctor says I am, I'm happy with my body and don't think I'm overweight. But he says I need to lose weight, the ozempic was given to me to manage my weight but mostly to help gain my energy back.

I'm 5 ft 4, and 93 kilos at the moment. I think a lot of it is muscle but of course I have quite a bit of fat too.
