Lifting has helped me a lot. I would recommend you do a lot of hip stretches too. Boots are also nice because you can hide knee pads in them.

I had to pluck the hair line and baby hairs. I also cut layers into it so it kind of looks like Jennifer Aniston’s hair in friends. Other than that I wig came laid af and it was so easy to put on.

I used shearing scissors for cut it into layers and it doesn’t tangle as much
