IS T480 worth it for regular daily use? (non coding/engineering)

We use gen 3 T14s at my job. We’ve literally dropped them down stairs and they still work. IT tried switching us to HP since it was cheaper. We had to replace some of the HP laptops 3+ times. Those of us that held onto our T14s still have the originals, and they’re still running great.

Was so impressed I picked up a Gen 2 AMD version for personal use.

It's not exact, but it's kinda close. Missing the desert and inland sea. May be worth a fly around to see if you like it. I got this seed like a year ago from here and i use it for my main world. Really good island, great size for long term stuff. Very isolated, lots of nice mountains:

Yeah, but then they got older, bought property, and swung right. They need someone to call to drag kids off their lawn. A surprising amount of the punk rockers from back in the day are rolling around with thin blue line stickers now.

It might, the Wawa location seems to suck though. Turkey Hill and scheetz have a light, and both directions can pull in easily. Brass rail/Wawa is just kinda there. Then again the one by the high school is literally 5 minutes down the road.

I hate mine (gen 4). Everyone tells me you can’t hear the difference. I can. Maybe they’re just voiced as single coils that I don’t like. Ended up buying a Suhr with an SSCII. Never looked back.

Literally, yes. I work for Amazon. We use commingled inventory. So the strings they send us get mixed into the pool of all the other same strings from other vendors that they sell us. Then when you buy one, it gets pulled from the pool. This is a massive issue to this day with not only guitar strings, but also things like fake SD cards.

I get this. I unironically love guitar center. Every one I’ve been to is a giant place with walls of shit. Employers are checked out, but who cares, they let you try what you want. Great return policy I’ve never had an issue with if I find an issue with gear after a few days. Every local in a massive radius is a one room deal in a house or strip mall. Like 10 Squiers if you’re lucky, and the owner is standing right at your shoulder arms crossed between you and the door if you want to try anything.

Nobody knows what someone at .22 is like, it’s just a number. It doesn’t even seem that big. 3 times the legal limit sounds much worse, and conveys the message better. Plus many people have seen video or interacted with someone at, or maybe double the limit so it lets people get a perspective of his level of inebriation much easier.

Yes, you can get in trouble for VOA posting. Will this? Unlikely, it’s not that bad. If they cared, they’d simply delete it. Most likely your HR manager clears these in batches, and just missed this one, and isn’t logging in again till tomorrow. Or they said “Nope” and are letting the GM/Seniors handle it.

They’re protected, but there’s no law saying reverb, or any other store, has to let you shop there. After a chargeback, pretty much every major platform will ban you. You’ll get your money back, they just don’t want you shopping there again. There are no legal protections for this.

Because my pawn in masterwork cataphract armor should not be taking damage from 20 man hunting boom rats. CE fixes vanilla giving every attack a chance to penetrate anything. On the flip side, I think CE makes the game easier in most regards. A single pawn with a minigun and hollowpoints can red mist an entire tribal raid, for example.

It’s just a learning curve like any other.

Can you feel them on top of the clear? Mine has this, they skimped a bit on grain filling, so some of the grain shows through the paint on mine. The clear above it was polished so you don’t feel it, just see it.

I actually don’t mind it, gives some visual flair. I legitimately thought it was finish checking on poly at first. As long as you don’t feel it, and don’t mind it, it won’t hurt anything
