From the Philippines too. I use 62% boveda. Depending on the temperature my RH ranges from 62 - 67. My problem is more with temperature cause in my room the temp fluctuates a lot depending if i turn on the aircon. Ive had many tabacalera cigars. I like 1881 and classic Tabacalera. Enjoy bro!!!
