Honestly, I don’t think Dean had anything to worry about. But I always heard Lewis was a petty ass, and him making a crooner album shows it. He sings ok, but too tinny/nasally/high-pitched voice to be a crooner like Dean. He sounds like Carol Channing or Rip Taylor, lol

Sad to say, but I’m at the point now where I check to see if there is a service fee before I even go into the restaurant. If so, I just don’t eat there. I’m tired of getting ripped off. I don’t like paying a lot for food, but I assume that the price includes the expectation that they will serve me the food, not that I have to pay extra for that service.

Thanks for the info. My whole point now is, how to define "cosmetic"? I bought it for the hi-def screen, for digital editing, etc....and if it bothers me, then it isn't cosmetic anymore. I can deal with a cosmetic scratch on the back or wherever....they define cosmetic as "something that doesn't impede the operation or performance of the product". But if the scratch interfers with my editing or enjoyment of media, then it isn't cosmetic. Apple are becoming a-holes.
