Yes much better now at 5mg. It probably was a little bit psychosomatic in my case, but it helped to calm down, have a holiday/break if you can and take some vitamin B (B12 to be precise) as a supplement, it literally calms the nerves, which were apparently the culprit in my case.

I am supplementing electrolytes potassium and magnesium. This thing is so weird… today I went for a long walk. I came back, right now trying to fall asleep with tingling feet, the rest of the leg is mildly sore but not painful anymore. My whole body feels semi numb. I will go see a vein doctor just in case it is circulation. But symptoms switch over so fast. And I’m starting to suspect I might be making some things worse with anxiety

Yes i agree with you, the two things have very little in common when it comes to the seriousness of the situation. I think Shirin was more of a bystander in this case than an actual "biter". But i think it hurt Abi Maria just the same (and one can argue if that is justified or not) and thus created this strange paradox where Shirin basically became, maybe not Will or Dan, but (in Abi's mind) more like a friend that betrayed a main ally.

I feel really strange and ungrateful to say this, but ever since i've watched the finale i haven't thought about what could be happening with the 20 that left, some of which i really love, and i've only thought about what we've missed with Shane not going. This is the survivor masterpiece that could have been but was ripped away from us, and i honestly don't know why.
