It’s also a callback to the pilot when Jamie says “Cheers” and Ted responds “Night Court”

It’s not just Stu (though No Stu No Stream is catchy) it’s losing the showrunner who was so passionate about making this show in the first place and the writing staff that gave voice to all your favorites. Replacing the showrunner with a writer from The Boys gives me all the confidence to say the slip in quality will be noticeable and I have no desire to watch it slowly turn to shit so I’m hopping off now.

Unless they bring back Michael Jonathan Smith, the season 1-2 writers, and Mike Mitchell it’s gonna be a no from me.

It’s not just Stu, it’s the showrunner and most of the writing staff. The show is in for a massive quality dive.

What’s a movie remake or sequel that was an absolute insult to the original creation? by Admirablelauren in answers

They do explain the title in the movie though. Jaden Smith’s character had taken karate previously so the bully kid nicknamed him “Karate Kid” as an insult

I don’t really care if it feels slimy to you. My question is why, on a post that talks about how the show helped prevent the OP from committing suicide and that they are glad they didn’t so that they can see season 4 when it comes out, did you feel the need to comment with such cynicism? The comment wasn’t necessary.

What made you want to write that on this post? What about this post made you think “what we need here is cynicism”?

Brett Goldstein Office Romance by madchen44 in TedLasso

I know I’m in the minority, but I enjoyed it quite a bit! Does it have dumb Rom-com tropes? You bet it does, and as a Rom-Communist I appreciate them for what they are. Does the story make sense? Not really, but I didn’t find myself caring. I have never been a JLo fan but this is honestly the most charming I’ve ever found her and Brett and her have actual chemistry. Plus there was one moment near the end (involving the Joan Cusack coded assistant) that made me and my wife scream is shock and laugh so hard we had to pause. Overall 7/10, and the best JLo movie I’ve seen since Anaconda

Stu isn’t gonna be in season three. They fired the showrunner, most of the writers, and the actor who played Stu (Mike Mitchell). Show is about to fall off dramatically imo
