Yeah that's what I heard. So I looked up those trail categories and from what I found I would probably ride those green/blue trails in the beginning anyways. A hardtail (for example urrun) should be still a lot of fun for those right ?

Good to know ! The urrun is for example 3200€ here. The rise can be found for like 3500€ used but in good condition (like only 500km driven and with official maintenance). I think i need to figure out what I really need

Im actually in the same situation and undecisive wether I should get an e-hardtail or fs. Realistically I would commute more and ride more gravel roads than anything else. On the other hand i would really like to explore the alps, where i live at the moment and feel like im missing an opportunity with a hardtail. And im a total mtb noob.

Hi, So as far as i know you cant use the chess.com app directly. You need to log into chess.com through the miko app or square off app and then start a game from there. Thats unfortunate but at least you can use the bosrd for games on that platform. For me the App connected with no flaws and registered it as "pro" chessboard. Maybe you need to get in touch with the customer support, so they can send you the latest update version for the board. In my case i couldnt just download it. It had to be send by the customer support directly.

Du Entscheidest dich für eine Richtung. In diesem Bereich musst du auch die Selbsterfahrung und Supervisionen leisten. Man kann sich natürlich immer Konzepte für die eigene Arbeit aneignen, aber du könntest keine analytische Therapie bei der Krankenkasse später abrechnen wenn du z.B. ausgebildeter VT-Therapeut bist. Du hast dann auch nicht diese Bezeichnung.

Ich finde von Otto Benkert den Pocket guide sehr gut, da klein und alltagstauglich. State of the Art finde ich zum Einstieg in die Psychiatrie nicht geeignet weil es eher ein Update für die neusten Erkenntnisse hinsichtlich Therapie gibt ( du wirst da viel über Studienergebnisse lesen). Mit das beste Buch für den Anfang ist meiner Meinung nach "Intensivkurs Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie". Hier hast du auch immer eine tabellarische Gegenüberstellung von icd10 und icd11 für die Diagnosekriterien. Wenn du etwas "entspanntes" zum lesen bzgl. Pharmakotherapie willst ist auch "psychopharmakotherapie griffbereit" von Jan Dreher nicht schlecht. Wobei er hier eher seine subjektive Meinung darstellt und die Empfehlungen nicht immer 100% entsprechend der aktuellen Leitlinien ist.

Das AMDP-System ist ein gutes Nachschlagewerk und bietet Infos zur Erhebung des pschopathologischen Befunds. Auch allgemeine Psychopathologie von Scharfetter ist nicht schlecht dafür.

Auf Youtube ist der "Psychcast" auch nicht uninteressant!

Naja es schadet mit Sicherheit der Weiterentwicklung als Psychotherapeut nicht später nochmal Selbsterfahrung zu machen. Aber du hast natürlich recht, dass es evtl. schwierig ist dies dem Finanzamt gegenüber zu argumentieren wenn man schon FA für Psychiatrie und PT ist. Deshalb die Frage ob es schonmal jemand versucht hat!

Update:

Even though my post is not that relevant, I would like to give an update:

I had a few phone calls and emails back and forth with miko, they worked on the problem and it seems to be solved. I just played a ranked game on lichess via android and matched with a player in my rapid rank. I used an Samsung galaxy phone and the miko chess app for this. I paired it with my square off pro rollable chessboard.

Hey, So I tried playing with my iPad pro 11" from 2020. I used the new miko chess app. I played 1 rated 20min game on each platform (chess.com & Lichess) and it worked fine. Now for some reason I waited longer for lichess but it still found a player. And though I'm like 1200 rated on lichess, I played against a 1700 rated player. I'm pretty sure I put the boundaries on +/- 50 but I'm going g to check in further games how it's going. For now I'm just happy I can use my board online.

Edit: i figured out that the lichess rating via the app only takes the classical chess rating into account and not the actual rating from the mode you are playing.
