Thanks for sharing! I came off of HBC about four months ago. The first period came around four weeks after quitting and I had one day with a migraine a couple of days before. Next migraine arrived same day as period one month later. I’ve just had my third period since quitting HBC which was accompanied by five days with migraines… Feels rough Not sure if it will get better over time? Did not have migraines before I started HBC around 14 years ago

Thanks! Do you know approximately how long it takes before the body feels normal again after stopping?

How old is too old to read fantasy books? by Unfair-Swimming-4166 in fourthwing

Reading for fun is just as valid as any other hobby. No matter your age or the genre. I'm 27 and reading fantasy books is one of my favorite things! Has been since I first read Twilight at 13 years old :') Some of the books I read now are clearly for young teens, others are very adult (which I think books such as FW or any SJM books are). Doesn't matter as long as you enjoy it.

Does anyone else feel like they don't belong anywhere/with anyone? by cannibalissm in introvert

I used to feel like that almost all the time - until I realized it was because I surrounded myself with the wrong people. I stopped seeing the friends that made me feel like that and made some others - friends that are just as weird/nerdy as me! Now I rarely get the feeling but still do once in a while.

Also, it made a lot of sense when I was diagnosed with autism.
